Meet Our Founder

Jordan Scheiderer is a finance and accounting executive who partners seamlessly with C‑suite executives and cross‑functional teams. She brings seasoned insights and a solutions‑oriented approach to financial leadership, organizational change, and high‑impact project delivery. The intersection of Jordan’s audit background, deep industry experience, hands-on operational leadership, and advisory capabilities throughout her nearly 30-year career enables her to approach complex business challenges from both technical accounting and operational vantage points in leading organizations, advising stakeholders, executing strategic initiatives, navigating periods of transition, and understanding how to operationalize US GAAP.

 

Jordan is a former Partner at a management consulting firm where she excelled in client advisory services due to her deep and diverse career experience in industry at several publicly traded, privately held, and PE backed companies. These roles included Vice President of Revenue, Controller of Global Sales, Corporate Controller, and Senior Director of Accounting. Prior to her time in industry, Jordan was an auditor with Arthur Andersen.

 

During her career, Jordan has largely focused on the accounting for revenue recognition and software development costs, optimizing order-to-cash processes, and overseeing the implementation of revenue systems. She also has extensive experience preparing companies for IPOs and facilitating the overall M&A lifecycle, including such activities as integrating acquired entities into a company’s current operations, audit readiness, SEC and financial reporting, risk and controls identification, process improvement, policy harmonization, and finance transformation. Jordan is also passionate about building high-performing teams through leveraging her experience as a coach, a mentor, and a training instructor.

 

Jordan earned a BBA from James Madison University and is a certified public accountant licensed in Virginia.
